Months after announcing her divorce via Instagram, the daughter of Dubai's ruler, Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has posted pictures enjoying time with a well-known rapper.
The 30-year-old daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum surprised her followers in July with an Instagram post starting with "Dear Husband."
This came only two months after she had her first child with Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, whom she married in April 2023.

Sheikha Mahra accused her husband of being "occupied with other companions" and declared, "I hereby declare our divorce. I divorce you, I divorce you, and I divorce you." This statement echoes the Islamic practice of triple talaq, where a husband can divorce his wife by saying "talaq" or "I divorce you" three times, although this practice is banned in numerous countries and traditionally not available to women. Women, instead, must go through a formal court process to seek divorce.
Sheikha Mahra ended her announcement with, "Take care. Your ex-wife." The post received mixed reactions, with some believing her account might have been compromised, while others commended her for her bold method of sharing the news.

Just a few months after her public divorce announcement, Sheikha Mahra has now posted pictures of herself in the company of Moroccan-American rapper French Montana.

Last week, she shared her first photo with him, capturing a group night out where French Montana was seen holding up a bottle of Sheikha Mahra's perfume named 'Divorce'. Although they were not alone in these images, Sheikha Mahra specifically highlighted the rapper in her caption, which simply stated, "French Montana [love heart emoji]."
Since that initial post, Sheikha Mahra has continued to share updates of her time with French Montana, including a video of them interacting with a camel and another where they are seen together at an event, posing for the camera.

Neither Sheikha Mahra nor French Montana have made public comments about their time together, leaving the nature of their relationship—whether personal or professional—unclear. However, each of Sheikha Mahra's posts featuring the rapper was tagged with his name and a love-heart emoji, suggesting she holds affection for him. Fans have been quick to draw conclusions, with one commenting, "Ok seriously, she and him look so cute as a couple. Who care if he's royalty or not. He can write her a love song."
French Montana has also posted pictures with the princess, captioning them with "DUBAI [fire heart emoji]," adding fuel to the speculation about their relationship.
