Depending on availability and the applicable terms, QUA may support rewards, Project review fees, PPC campaign funding, promotional features, selected Quasa Connect settlements and Platform fees.

QUA is not required to read public QUASA Media content or to use every part of the ecosystem. Each QUA-related feature is available only where it is technically supported and accompanied by the applicable terms.

QUA-related features are intended for Users aged 18 or older, or the higher age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. Availability may vary by country, product, App version, eligibility and supported scenario.

One Asset, Connected Utility

QUASA Rewards: receive QUA for eligible activities

Eligible Users may receive QUA by completing activities described in individual QUASA Rewards offers.

A reward may remain pending or provisional while the activity undergoes validation or fraud-prevention checks. It becomes available for use or withdrawal only after QUASA confirms that the applicable conditions have been satisfied.

Eligibility, reward amount, validation requirements, withdrawal conditions and campaign availability are defined in the relevant offer.

QUASA Projects: support product discovery and promotion

Depending on the available plan and campaign terms, QUA may be used for:

  • Project review fees;
  • PPC campaign funding;
  • advertising and promotional features; and
  • other Project functions expressly displayed by QUASA.

A PPC campaign credit denominated in QUA may be maintained as an internal promotional balance rather than as an immediately transferable or withdrawable on-chain QUA balance. Its use, transferability, withdrawal status and any expiry conditions must be shown in the applicable plan terms.

Quasa Connect: use QUA in supported marketplace transactions

Where the relevant feature is available, QUA may be used for selected Quasa Connect settlements, payment functions or Platform fees.

QUA is not required for every task, offer, message or service arrangement. The available asset, amount, fees and transaction conditions are provided through the relevant feature before confirmation.

Other supported functions

Depending on actual feature availability, Users may also receive QUA through:

  • promotional bonuses;
  • referral programmes;
  • payment for services;
  • refunds; or
  • other Platform transactions expressly described by QUASA.

The inclusion of a possible use on this page does not mean that it is available to every User, in every country or in every version of the Site or App. Additional verification or feature-specific terms may apply.

From Participation to Utility

Receive

Receive QUA through eligible Rewards activities, supported service payments, promotional bonuses, referral programmes, refunds or other expressly described Platform transactions.

Use

Apply QUA to supported Project, promotion, campaign, marketplace or Platform functions.

Transfer

Where withdrawals are supported, transfer eligible QUA to a compatible external wallet after completing any applicable validation, identity, wallet or compliance checks.

The current minimum amount, available network and applicable Platform or blockchain-network fees should be displayed before confirmation.

Verify

Review confirmed transfers, balances and smart-contract interactions through the public Ethereum blockchain.

Internal Balance and On-Chain QUA

An amount displayed inside QUASA does not always mean that a blockchain transaction has already taken place.

Internal QUA balanceOn-chain QUA balance
Recorded in the QUASA Platform systemRecorded on the Ethereum blockchain
May include a provisional reward or promotional creditConsists of confirmed blockchain transactions
May remain subject to validationPublicly verifiable through a blockchain explorer
May be restricted to a particular Platform functionControlled through the relevant blockchain wallet
Does not necessarily mean a transfer has occurredNormally irreversible after confirmation

An internal QUA balance is not a bank account, bank deposit, payment account, interest-bearing account or guarantee of a fixed fiat value. It is not protected by a deposit-guarantee scheme.

Understand QUA Supply Clearly

Different indicators answer different questions

The public QUA documentation distinguishes between:

  • on-chain totalSupply(), the amount returned by the deployed smart contract;
  • adjusted economic supply, the on-chain supply less QUA held at the designated burn address under the published QUASA methodology;
  • self-reported circulating supply, the amount classified by QUASA as circulating;
  • declared reserves, QUA classified as company, team or ecosystem reserves; and
  • liquid supply, the amount actually available for trading under particular market conditions.

These indicators are not interchangeable. QUASA does not currently publish an independently audited liquid-supply figure.

The published QUA token code also contains an additional-issuance function controlled by the contract owner while mintingFinished remains false. The current technical disclosures, issuance policy, supply methodology and reserve status are explained in the dedicated QUA issuance document.

Security Comes First

Before using QUA:

  • verify the complete contract address and Ethereum network;
  • check the destination wallet and transaction amount;
  • review applicable Platform, provider and network fees;
  • use only a wallet that you are authorised to control;
  • review wallet and smart-contract permissions before approval; and
  • never disclose a private key, seed phrase or wallet recovery phrase.

QUASA will never legitimately require your private key or wallet recovery phrase. A transfer sent to an incorrect or incompatible address, or through the wrong network, may be irreversible.

Third-party wallets, exchanges, bridges, liquidity pools and other blockchain services operate independently from QUASA and are governed by their own terms and risks. QUASA does not guarantee the availability, security, pricing or liquidity of any external service.

What is QUA?

QUA, or Quasacoin, is an ERC-20 crypto-asset deployed on Ethereum and used in selected functions of the QUASA ecosystem.

Is QUA required to use QUASA?

No. Public QUASA Media content does not require QUA, and QUA is not required for every Project, task, message or Platform interaction. Its use depends on the relevant feature and the currently supported scenario.

Where can I use QUA?

Depending on the feature, QUA may be used for Rewards, Project review fees, PPC campaign funding, promotional functions, supported Quasa Connect settlements and Platform fees.

No. Holding QUA does not, by itself, provide shares, ownership of company assets, creditor rights, dividends, revenue or profit rights, fixed-value redemption, mandatory buyback rights, management authority or guaranteed voting rights in Quasa International GmbH.

Does QUASA guarantee the price or liquidity of QUA?

No. QUASA does not guarantee price growth, price stability, liquidity, exchange listing, trading volume, fiat redemption or future acceptance by third parties. Crypto-assets may lose some or all of their market value.

Where can I find detailed supply information?

The QUA issuance, supply and economic model document explains on-chain supply, adjusted economic supply, self-reported circulating supply, declared reserves, additional-issuance functionality and the applicable transparency framework.
