How it works

• Create: join as a Client, Pro or both where the current App version supports it. Clearly describe your task or professional profile.
• Discover: Clients publish tasks, Pros find opportunities and submit offers. Both sides review information and communicate directly.
• Agree: confirm scope, deliverables, price, timing, revisions, required materials or access, and payment conditions before work starts.
• Complete: work under the agreed terms and share feedback after completion. Keep important decisions and changes within the Platform for a clearer record.

Relevant matches, your choice

Recommendations may consider skills, category, task requirements, remote or local availability, location, language, price, experience, ratings, reviews, profile completeness, availability and previous Platform activity.

Recommendations help discovery; Clients and Pros make the final decision. They are not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of suitability or performance. Review profiles, offers and task conditions before agreeing.

Communicate directly

Discuss the expected result, deadlines, price, payment, revisions, materials, access, limitations and changes to your arrangement.

Do not share passwords, private wallet keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents in public task descriptions or messages.

Payments and QUA where supported

Selected payment or escrow functions may be available depending on technical support and applicable terms. Before confirmation, the interface displays relevant conditions: amount and asset, Platform and network fees, funding and release rules, cancellation or refunds, and available dispute procedures.

QUA is an ERC-20 cryptoasset on Ethereum. It may be used for expressly supported settlements or Platform functions. QUA is not required for every task, message or service arrangement.

Blockchain escrow can help apply agreed funding and release conditions, but does not guarantee service quality, eliminate fraud or resolve every disagreement. For local and in-person services, both parties must take reasonable identity, access and personal-safety precautions.

Privacy and account control

Features may require processing account and profile details, tasks and offers, messages and selected attachments, ratings, location where needed, payment records, and technical or security information.

Precise device location is accessed only with the relevant permission and when needed for a requested feature, such as nearby tasks, local matching or navigation.

QUASA website accounts and Quasa Connect App accounts are currently separate. Creating or deleting one does not automatically create or delete the other.

Quasa Connect is a marketplace and communications service operated by Quasa International GmbH. Clients and Pros contract directly with each other. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, QUASA does not perform Pros’ services, employ Pros or become a party to their service contract.

Identity, business, licence or professional information may be requested for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee of competence, suitability or performance.

Availability depends on App version, country, service category, eligibility, technical support and applicable terms. QUASA does not guarantee:

• A particular Client, Pro or task being available.
• Minimum earnings or a continuous supply of work.
• Completion by a certain deadline or within a certain budget.
• The outcome of a Pro’s service.
• A particular payment or escrow feature.
• QUA’s value or liquidity.
• Resolution of every dispute between users.
