World Rolls Eyes at Jaguar's Yassified Electric Car

Hello!
Forced Jassification
Old-world luxury automaker Jaguar has announced that it's pulling a 180 with a new electric concept car dubbed the Type 00 — a coupe that looks absolutely nothing like anything the company has built in its 104-year history.

It also drew comparisons to one of the most talked-about vehicles in recent years.
“It’s big, it’s pink and it looks like the result of a struggle cuddle between a Cybertruck, Lady Penelope’s Rolls Royce, and an air conditioning unit — but I like it!” one X user tweeted.
“Jaguar's new concept car looks like Barbie redesigned a Cybertruck,” reporter Jen Dudley-Nicholson wrote.
A Bold New Direction
According to Jaguar chief creative officer Gerry McGovern, the fully-electric Type 00 is the result of the company rethinking its traditional approach to design.

The concept car measures over 16 feet in length and features bold, angular body lines instead of the smooth aerodynamic shapes traditionally associated with the brand.
Of course, the Type 00 remains a concept, so the final production model may differ significantly.
Jaguar states that the car will offer a range of up to 430 miles and support fast charging that adds 200 miles of range in just 15 minutes.
