As part of this shift, Microsoft plans to integrate Anthropic’s Claude AI into its Office 365 suite, bringing enhanced capabilities to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The company believes Claude outperforms OpenAI’s GPT-5 in certain tasks, making it a compelling choice for boosting productivity tools.
