Collabstr Adds X Campaigns—and Makes Repeat Creator Hires One Click

Collabstr added campaigns for X together with campaign duplication, automatically saved order briefs and prefilling for repeat creator hires. The company’s September 11 release note, last updated September 12, presents all four changes as shipped features rather than previews.

The practical effect is less repeated setup inside Collabstr’s existing marketplace workflow. Brands can select X for a campaign, copy a posted campaign into an editable draft, retrieve instructions from an earlier direct order or begin a new offer to a previous creator with the last package, price, platform and deliverable type already filled in.

X joins the existing campaign workflow

A creator produces a campaign deliverable intended for X through Collabstr’s existing campaign structure.

An X campaign uses the same package and deliverable structure as campaigns on Collabstr’s other supported platforms. The release does not describe a separate X campaign builder, an integration with X Ads or an X-specific measurement system.

For brands, the workflow begins with a brief defining the requested content, targeting criteria and deliverables. Collabstr’s campaign workflow page says the platform distributes a live brief to creators who match its criteria; applicants submit their profile, portfolio, audience information and proposed rate for the brand to review.

The creator-side effect of the X addition is consequently specific: eligible creators can receive an X campaign brief and apply through the same process used for other platforms. Adding the platform does not guarantee that a brief will receive applications, become a paid order or deliver a particular level of reach or engagement.

The three reuse tools preserve different information

A Collabstr campaign setup is duplicated into a new version that remains editable before relaunch.

Campaign duplication operates at the campaign level. A brand can open the menu for a posted campaign, select Duplicate and receive a copy in Drafts. Targeting and campaign details remain editable, so duplication prepares another version without automatically relaunching it.

Saved order briefs belong to the direct-order flow. Collabstr saves a brief after submission unless the brand clears the save option. On a later order, an entry from Recent order briefs can prefill the instructions, avoiding another pass through the same written requirements.

Repeat-hire prefilling retrieves the previous commercial setup for a particular creator. When a brand chooses to hire that creator again, Collabstr carries forward the last package, price, platform and deliverable type. This is the one-click action referenced in the headline: one selection restores those fields, but the new offer still needs to be reviewed and sent.

The distinctions matter because the tools are not interchangeable. Duplication copies a posted campaign into Drafts, saved briefs recall order instructions, and repeat hiring restores offer fields associated with one creator. None carries forward the creator’s acceptance, confirms current availability or creates a new agreement by itself.

Campaign posting still requires a paid plan

A repeat Collabstr hire carries forward the creator’s previous package, price, platform and deliverable type.

The X addition does not open campaign posting to free accounts. An independent September pricing review corroborates that campaign posting is a paid feature, while free accounts retain the direct route of selecting and hiring creators from their profiles.

That leaves two relevant sourcing paths. Pro and Premium subscribers can publish a brief and receive applications from creators who meet the campaign criteria. A free account can place a direct order with a chosen creator but cannot post a brief for creators to apply to.

The published materials do not provide a plan-by-plan availability table for duplication, saved order briefs or repeat-hire prefilling. Those three tools therefore should not be described as universally available across every account tier solely because they appear together in the release announcement.

The release changes setup, not proven outcomes

The confirmed changes concern workflow. X becomes an available campaign destination, a posted campaign can become a new draft, previous order instructions can be recalled, and the last offer configuration for a returning creator can be restored. Each feature removes a form of re-entry, but Collabstr has not published a measured time saving for the bundle.

The available pages also do not disclose how many X campaigns have been created, how many creators qualify to receive them or whether X deliverables expose distinct analytics fields. The supported conclusion is narrower: brands have new ways to configure and repeat collaborations, while creators have another campaign category through which they may receive briefs and submit rates. Claims about faster agreements, stronger response rates or improved campaign performance remain unsubstantiated.
