A TikTok influencer, at the center of swirling rumors about allegedly cheating with Barry Keoghan, has publicly addressed the 'ridiculous' accusations.

Breckie Hill, who initially fueled the gossip by reposting a TikTok video suggesting she was 'home wrecking Sabrina Carpenter's relationship', has now released an extensive video to refute these claims.

The rumors in question alleged that Keoghan, aged 32, had been unfaithful to Carpenter, 25, after dating for approximately a year. Their relationship appeared to be quite serious, especially highlighted by Keoghan's appearance in Carpenter's 'Please Please Please' music video.

When rumors of infidelity emerged, a source close to the situation told Us Weekly that maintaining the relationship had been 'challenging' due to Carpenter's touring schedule, despite Keoghan's dedication to her happiness.

The speculation grew when Breckie Hill reposted a 'home wrecking' clip, leading fans to connect the dots and assume she was the woman involved with Keoghan. However, Hill clarified in a TikTok video that her intention was to highlight the absurdity of the rumors, not to confirm them.

She explained, "I just recently got out of the hospital. I got into a skiing accident and I broke my spine," emphasizing her focus on recovery rather than scandal.

She went on to say: "Now that I'm out of the hospital, I felt the need to create this video to address the rumors that have been spreading all over the internet.

"To make it clear, no, I did not hook up with Barry. I've never even met the man. The only time I've seen him is on my TV screen while watching 'Saltburn.'"

The influencer further clarified: “I'm sorry, but if I really was involved with Barry, why on earth would I be reposting about it? ... Speaking from personal experience, having been cheated on myself, I would never want to break up a relationship or cause any woman that kind of pain - ever."

Hill had previously faced backlash after she described a drink as 'too salty', which some fans believed was a nod to 'Saltburn', the movie in which Keoghan starred.

In her TikTok, she mentioned that she had 'never gone through a worse time in her life'.

She also called on viewers to stop 'tearing people down'.

Keoghan also issued a detailed statement addressing the 'lies, hatred and disgusting commentary' following rumors of his split from Carpenter. On Twitter, the 32-year-old actor expressed his frustration, stating: "I can only sit and take so much. My name has been dragged across the internet in ways I usually don’t respond to.

"I have to respond now because it's getting to a point where there are too many lines being crossed. I deactivated my account because I can no longer let this stuff distract from my family and my work. The messages I have received, no person should ever have to read them. Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting commentary about my appearance, character, how I am as a parent and every other inhumane thing you can imagine."

Keoghan continued: "Dragging my character and everything I worked extremely hard for and stand for. Talking about how I was a 'heroin baby' and how I grew up, even dragging my dear mother into it. Knocking on my grannies door. Sitting outside my baby boy's house intimidating them. That's crossing a line.

"Each and every day, I work harder to push myself on every level to be the healthiest and strongest person for that boy. I want to provide opportunities for him to learn, fail, and grow. I want him to be able to look up to his daddy, to have full trust in me, and know I will have his back no matter what.

"I need you to remember he has to read ALL of this about his father when he is older. Please be respectful to all. Thank you x."

The Irish actor shares a two-year-old son, Brando, with his former partner, Alyson Sandro.
