Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Buds 3 FE, the latest addition to its wireless earbud lineup, blending advanced features with affordability. Priced at $149.99, the earbuds will be available in the United States starting September 4, 2025, in black and gray colors.
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE sport a sleek, stemmed design with intuitive pinch-and-swipe gesture controls for managing music and volume. They are rated IP54 for dust and water resistance, making them suitable for workouts or light outdoor use.
Equipped with six microphones and Crystal Clear Call technology, the earbuds use a machine learning model to isolate the user’s voice during calls, ensuring clarity in noisy environments. Repositioned microphones closer to the mouth further enhance call quality.
A key highlight is the integration with Galaxy AI, enabling real-time translation through the Samsung Interpreter app, ideal for multilingual conversations or travel. The earbuds also support hands-free access to Google’s Gemini assistant via voice commands like “Hey Google” for tasks like checking schedules or sending messages. These AI features require a compatible Samsung Galaxy device and will be free until the end of 2025.
The Galaxy Buds 3 FE offer up to 8.5 hours of playback without Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and 6 hours with ANC enabled.
The charging case extends total playback to 30 hours (ANC off) or 24 hours (ANC on), making them the longest-lasting in the Galaxy Buds lineup.
Additional features include seamless switching between Samsung devices and a Find My Earbuds function to locate misplaced earbuds. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4 and codecs like Samsung Seamless Codec (SSC), AAC, and SBC, with an 11mm dynamic driver for richer sound and improved ANC.
