• Enter the code and click “Use Recovery Code.”

Recover Hotmail Account Without a Recovery Code

Follow these steps if you cannot use a verification code:

• Go to the official Outlook website and attempt to sign in.
• Click the “Forgot password” link.
• Answer your security questions to verify your identity.
