Methods for Changing the Email Address

- Go to HP Connected, select your preferred language and region.
- Locate your printer using the HP printer email address. Verify whether you registered during the initial printer setup.
- If already registered, simply sign in to your HP Connected account.
- If the printer is not found, sign in and ensure your account remains linked to the HP printer email address.
- Once signed in, check if your printer model appears in the list. If it does, select it. Otherwise, proceed to set up web-connected printing services via HP Connected.
How to Set Up an HP Connected Account
Registering your HP printer with HP Connected enables online services such as web-connected printing, automatic ink delivery, and remote print jobs from your smartphone.
Requirements for HP Connected

- A computer with a stable internet connection.
- An HP printer with an active internet connection and web services enabled.
Note that HP Connected is not supported in all countries. Please verify availability for your region at hpconnected.com.
Steps to Connect to an HP Connected Account

- Visit hpconnected.com and select “Create an account.”
- Enter your name and email address, create a password, complete verification, and sign up.
- Use your printer claim code to add the printer. Find the code on the printer information page or web services info page printed when Web Services are enabled.
- The printer code is valid for 48 hours from the time it is printed. If more than 48 hours have passed, print a new information page.
- If you need assistance printing a new info page, use the guided tour on the site.

Alternative Way to Customize the ePrint Email Address
After entering the claim code and connecting your printer, you can customize your HP ePrint email address to make it easier to remember. In the print settings, you can also manage ePrint access for selected senders and set email preferences.
In the ePrint address section, enter a custom email address and click Submit.
- Use the updated address when sending print jobs via email.
- Once your account setup is complete, you can activate web-connected services.
- If the printer code (four groups of numbers and letters separated by spaces) is no longer valid, repeat the steps to enable web services and obtain a new code.
Set Up Web-Connected Printing Services

HP Instant Ink offers low-cost ink cartridge replacement on eligible printers in supported countries. When ink levels are low, replacement cartridges are automatically sent.
HP ePrint

- Sign in to your email account and create a new message.
- Enter the HP printer’s email address in the “To” field.
- Add the content in the subject line, attach the document, and send.
- With an HP Connected account, locate the printer, click its email address, and manage allowed senders.
- Select ePrint access, choose “Allowed,” and confirm.
For eligible printers, additional preferences are available through HP Connected. Use the “My Printers” section to adjust settings. You can also print a new information page with the printer code by repeating the web services setup process.
