What should I do if I can't log in to my account?
In order to access the application, you must first register. The registration process is described in the section How to register in Quasa Connect.
If you have already registered your account but cannot log in, there may be several reasons for this:
You forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it and set a new one. How to do this, you can read here.
Your profile has been blocked by a moderator
There are maintenance rules, the implementation of which provides a comfortable and safe environment for all users of the Application.
Each user, using the Application, assumes the obligation to comply with the established rules. Violation of the rules may result in blocking your account.
If the Application determines any of your activities as suspicious, fraudulent or violating the rules of the service, your account will be blocked, and when you try to log in, you will receive the following message:
If you do not agree with the blocking of your account, you can ask questions or file an appeal using the feedback form.
You have deleted your account
If you have deleted your account, you must register a new account in order to use the Application.
