The Trump Organization has announced the launch of Trump Mobile, a new cellular operator, alongside a striking gold-colored T1 smartphone priced at $499.

Detailed on the official Trump website, this bold venture aims to deliver a customer-focused wireless service rooted in American values.

The announcement coincides with the 10-year anniversary of Donald Trump’s initial presidential campaign launch, marking a significant expansion into the telecommunications sector.

Trump Mobile will offer 5G services in partnership with the three leading U.S. carriers, ensuring widespread coverage. Its flagship plan, dubbed The 47 Plan, is priced at $47.45 per month and includes unlimited calls, free international calling to over 100 countries, and roadside assistance.

The service operates through Liberty Mobile, leveraging T-Mobile’s network infrastructure to provide reliable connectivity.

In addition to the service, the T1 Phone will hit the market with Android 15 pre-installed. The device boasts a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, 12GB of RAM, and a triple rear camera setup, positioning it as a mid-range option with a patriotic flair. Available for pre-order with a $100 down payment, the smartphone is slated for release in September, featuring a design that includes an etched American flag.

The project will be spearheaded by Donald Trump’s sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., who are driving the initiative to align with their father’s vision of putting America first. While the Trump name carries significant brand power, the venture raises questions about its ability to compete in a crowded market dominated by established players, as well as the feasibility of its “made in America” manufacturing claims given the complexities of domestic production.
