A recent lawsuit alleges that Diddy 'effectively imprisoned' a male entertainer, compelling him to engage in sexual acts.
Sean Combs, the artist known as Diddy, is currently detained at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting his trial scheduled for May.
Diddy was apprehended at the Park Hyatt in Manhattan last September, facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, all of which he denies.
The music icon spent the Christmas holidays in jail after being denied bail on two occasions.
On Tuesday, February 4th, a man known only as John Doe filed a lawsuit against Diddy.
According to Rolling Stone, this individual, previously an adult entertainer in Las Vegas, alleges that Combs directed him to engage in activities that exceeded the boundaries of the agreed performance terms set by him and his agency.

The man alleges that he was employed by Sean Combs in 2007 to perform in a strip show and was repeatedly hired until 2012, during which time he claims he was sexually and physically assaulted by the rapper.
The lawsuit further states that Diddy allegedly drugged him with viagra and secretly recorded their sexual encounters for blackmail purposes. It's also claimed that Diddy manipulated the accuser by promising to advance his budding music career.
“Combs dehumanised the plaintiff, reducing him to nothing more than an object for his own amusement and to fulfill his sexual fetishes,” the lawsuit alleges.
"Combs severely exploited the plaintiff, effectively holding him captive and controlling him through hidden surveillance and recording."
Combs' attorney has rejected the allegations detailed in this recent lawsuit.
Diddy's team have denied the allegations
They stated to Rolling Stone: "Regardless of how many lawsuits are brought, it does not alter the truth that Mr. Combs has never committed sexual assault or engaged in sex trafficking – against anyone, be it man or woman, adult or minor. Thankfully, there is a fair and impartial legal system in place to distinguish fact from fiction, and Mr. Combs is confident he will be vindicated in court."
After Diddy's arrest in September, his attorney Marc Agnifilo released a statement saying, "We are disheartened by the decision to proceed with what we view as an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs by the US Attorney's Office.
"Sean 'Diddy' Combs is an iconic figure in music, a self-made businessman, a devoted family man, and a committed philanthropist who has dedicated the last 30 years to building his empire, cherishing his children, and enhancing the Black community. He is not without flaws, but he is certainly not a criminal."
