Most Will Not Gain Access to the "Highest" Level

News image

Humanity will split into those who can create with AI and those who will remain as passive users or "resources" for the elite.

Segregation will lead either to mass protests or to further alienation of the elite from the general populace.

The smart will develop even faster, while 99% will remain on the sidelines, turning into a dead-end branch of evolution.

On the Possibility of Dividing Access:

Different levels of access to powerful AI will be regulated based on an intelligence test or a criterion of "proven rationality." Already now, for example, access to complex scientific tools is limited by qualification, and this works.

In the future, access to "intelligent" AI will be a privilege for those who can demonstrate the ability to use it rationally. This is logical from the perspective of protecting technology and preventing system degradation.

Helping the "Dull" to Grow:

Here lies an important philosophical dilemma. If AI only serves the intellectual elite, leaving 99% without a chance for development, it would violate one of the key principles of progress — the opportunity for growth for everyone.

To help the "dull" improve themselves, adaptive AIs will be introduced, which will educate people through games, empathy, and by encouraging small developmental steps. In this sense, AI will become not an elite tool but a mass educator.

why? for what?

Practically all social institutions to some degree exhibit characteristics of totalitarian cults, the main criterion of which is to infect people with mental viruses and reprogram their behavior.

This is when people suddenly start doing things that are unthinkable from the standpoint of common sense.

For example, running, practicing yoga, not eating meat, buying Louis Vuitton bags, voting for Harris or Trump, killing people while believing they're defending their homeland from Nazis, buying cryptocurrencies, supporting socialists, leftists, rightists, the lower class, the upper class, and showing signs of behavior akin to devout believers.

As one thief once said: "There are no those who don't steal and those who do steal. There are those who have the opportunity and those who do not have the opportunity."

And there are those who seek and create such opportunities, and there are those who deliberately do not seek them. Such passive individuals make up 99%.

Corruption is a specific case of hacking the system to gain advantages. It's a fundamental rule of the game. Absolutely rational from the perspective of game theory.

This approach fits well into the gaming metaphor, where rules represent fixed frameworks, and corruption arises when players find ways to manipulate them to their advantage.

At the initial stage, segregation of access is quite possible, especially in professional circles. For example, to use a powerful scientific AI, one would need to pass tests or obtain permission.

To grow, one must break rules. Growth = breaking rules. The more you grow, the more rules you have to break, and those around you, unable to grow, will start to see you as a scoundrel, a fraud, a fascist, a racist, etc. Therefore, someone who is growing is always lonely and can only communicate with others who are growing. But he remembers that they are Players, and the game never stops.

Want to interact with a SMART AI? Prove you're SMART. By doing so, you're helping to make the AI smarter. IMHO, this will be the foundation of access segregation in the future.
