Eminem has finally addressed the burning question on everyone's mind: will he release a joint album with 50 Cent?

Their friendship, which began in the early 2000s, has led to numerous collaborations, including hits like "Crack a Bottle," "Don't Push Me," "Patiently Waiting," and "Till I Collapse." Given their history of working together, the anticipation for a full album from these two rappers is high.

50 Cent and Eminem's friendship dates back decades

It's not unusual for music stars to collaborate on full albums, with some of the most notable examples being Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Watch the Throne," and Ed Sheeran's "No.6 Collaborations Project," where he worked with numerous artists.

Given their longstanding friendship, many have been eager for Eminem and 50 Cent to release a joint album, and it seems that this might finally come to fruition.

On the "Whoo's House" podcast, the 52-year-old Eminem said it would be "great" to make an album with the "Candy Shop" rapper. He further stated, "I mean, I think that we just got to stop bullshitting and just do it."

Eminem, who is about to become a grandfather for the first time next year, added, "I would never say it's not possible."

In addition to potentially working on an album, Eminem and 50 Cent are currently collaborating on another project. It was announced last year that the duo is developing a TV series adaptation of "8 Mile."

During an interview on Big Boy TV in June 2023, 50 Cent shared, "I’m gonna bring his 8 Mile to television. We're in motion. It's gonna be big. I ain’t got no duds. I’m battin’ a hundred, I’m battin’ a hundred."

He further emphasized the significance of the project, saying, "I think it should be there for his legacy because it’s important to me that they understand it."

If the TV adaptation mirrors the quality of other shows the rapper has been involved with, like "Power" and "BMF," it's poised to be a hit among fans.

Eminem himself has appeared on "BMF," playing the role of White Boy Rick.

50 Cent shared with Entertainment Weekly how this cameo came to be, saying, "When Eminem learned I was directing, he agreed to do it, and working together felt very natural. It was an honor to have him on the show, and it made this episode especially memorable."
