The Secure Payment Service (SPS) is a convenient and secure way to pay for jobs in Quasa Connect.

When both parties confirm that the work has been completed successfully, the money is credited to the contractor's account.

If the task is not completed, the amount is guaranteed to be returned to the customer.

How it works

If you are a client

• 1. Create a task by choosing payment through the Secure payment service (SPS).
• 2. Top up the balance by choosing the performer you like. QUASA will reserve payment until the work is completed.
• 3. The performer will receive payment after the task is completed. (after "done" status)

The usual price of a deal with the "Secure Payment Service": 0.5 USDT in QUA tokens + 6% of the cost of the contractor's services. The price in the performer's response already includes a commission.

- The task is not completed. If you indicate that the work is not completed, and the performer confirms this, the funds will automatically be returned to your account.

When you mark that the task is not completed, and the performer does not react in any way and does not close the task from his side, we send him an additional reminder asking him to indicate the status. If he does not respond within 3 days, the amount will be returned to you automatically.

If you are a performer

If the assignment you are responding to does not include the Secure Payment Service feature, you can invite the customer to use this service themselves.

The client can accept your offer or choose to pay in another way.

- The task is completed, but the customer does not confirm. If you mark that the work is done, but the customer does not respond and does not clarify the status of the task, we send him an additional reminder asking him to confirm the completion of his order. If he does not respond within 3 days, the payment is automatically transferred to the account.

- The task is not completed. If you mark that the task is not completed, the funds are automatically returned to the customer.

How much does it cost

If you are a client

The usual price of a deal with the "Secure Payment Service": 0.5 USDT in QUA tokens + 6% of the cost of the contractor's services. The price in the performer's response already includes a commission.

If you are a Performer

For performers, the use of the Secure Payments Service is free of charge.

If the parties do not agree

If the Performer or Customer believes that the work has been completed, and the other party to the transaction believes that it has not been completed, the situation goes into arbitration.

The final status of the task will be decided by arbitration, after which the amount of the reward will be transferred in accordance with the decision.
