How to Communicate With Other Users

 

Users can discuss issues related to a task in the application's chat.

Only the Customer can initiate a new dialogue.

To create a new chat, the Customer needs to send a personal message to one of the Performers who responded to his task. In the chat, the Customer and the Performer can exchange text messages, links, photos.

Sent messages cannot be deleted or edited.

You can have several conversations on different tasks at the same time and switch between them.

In order not to miss a new message, you can set up push notifications for new chat messages, as well as email notifications.

 

If you do not want to receive messages from a specific user, you can use the "Block" option in the chat interface. Chats with blocked users are placed in a separate list:

Blocked users will not be able to write to you until you unblock them. Unblocking a user is done from the blocked chat interface.
