Notis (featured on Quasa.io/projects/notis) is your AI Intern, one message away — a powerful, autonomous voice-first productivity assistant that lives inside the messaging apps you already use (WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Slack, or email).

Instead of switching between tools, you simply speak or text Notis, and it handles your busywork across Notion, CRM, task managers, social media, and more.

At its core, Notis is a “fire-and-forget” AI agent that turns rough ideas and voice notes into structured, actionable results while integrating deeply with your existing productivity stack.

Key highlights include:

• Voice-First Productivity — Send voice notes or messages and Notis transcribes with high accuracy, organizes notes, creates tasks, and saves everything directly into Notion.
• Deep Integrations — Connects to 1000+ apps including Notion, CRMs, calendars, Slack, email, to-do apps, bug trackers, and more.
• Autonomous Workflows — Meeting summaries & follow-ups, blog/newsletter drafting with images, social media content + posting, CRM updates, expense tracking from receipts, and bug reporting.
• Notion Powerhouse — Comes with a full pre-built productivity system in Notion (tasks, notes, social calendar, meeting minutes, etc.) managed for you.
• Automations & Agents — Set recurring tasks, scheduled reports, and automations that keep working even when you're offline.
• Swiss-Made Privacy — GDPR-compliant, secure, and focused on keeping your data private.

It’s perfect for busy founders, solopreneurs, executives, creators, consultants, and anyone who wants to reclaim hours every week by delegating admin work to a reliable AI teammate. In 2026, Notis continues to stand out as one of the most practical “AI employee” tools — always available via the apps you already open dozens of times a day.

The user community is loving it:
“Notis is like having a super-efficient intern who never sleeps. Voice note → perfectly organized Notion page in seconds.”
“Finally, an AI that actually lives in WhatsApp and gets real work done across all my tools.”
“Turned my chaotic voice memos into full blog posts and social content while I was driving. Game changer.”

It shines especially at voice-to-structured output, reducing context-switching, automating repetitive admin tasks, deep Notion integration, and giving you back focused time for high-value work.

Downsides: Best results require clear instructions (like any AI agent); heavy users may need higher-tier plans for more executions; automation complexity grows with advanced use cases.

Overall, for professionals and founders in 2026 who are drowning in busywork but love simple messaging interfaces, **Notis is one of the most useful and delightful AI productivity tools available**. It’s not just another chatbot — it’s your always-on AI intern that actually delivers.
