LayerZero is an omnichain messaging protocol. A contract on one chain sends a verified message to a contract on another. The app chooses who verifies that message through Decentralized Verifier Networks, and an Executor delivers it. The Endpoint is the on-chain interface. OFT is the token standard so an asset moves natively instead of as a wrapped copy on every chain. Stargate is the well-known bridge built on top. Console is the enterprise control plane for multichain assets. Zero is the settlement chain. ATLAS is a headless exchange stack, matching through settlement, aimed at open and institutional markets. The company cites more than 160 chains, hundreds of billions in OFT transfers, and a large share of cross-chain stablecoin flow. ZRO is the token: fixed 1 billion supply, governance, and a fee switch that has missed quorum more than once.
