Lead a studio venture when the prebuilt opportunity, product work and operating infrastructure justify beginning with shared control or a smaller ownership position.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Either choice can be rational. The warning sign is a mismatch: studio-level control over your existing company with only short-term program support, or a studio CEO title without documented ownership, transferable IP and usable authority.
