The bill also provides more legal protections to whistleblowers speaking out against AI practices.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch4>\u003Cstrong>Tech Troublemakers\u003C/strong>\u003C/h4>\n\n\u003Cp>As \u003Cem>Platformer \u003C/em>observes, the bill raises an age-old question: should the person using the tech be blamed, or the tech itself?
