Especially the job seeker looking to transition into a role in the tech industry?\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Ch3>On-The-Job Training in a Remote Environment\u003C/h3>\n\n\u003Cp>The COVID-19 pandemic, and the shift to work-from-home, have served as a catalyst for the continuation of a trend that tech companies have been at the forefront of.
