This is the best way to measure performance.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>Meetings are held every Monday and Friday. These meetings help to understand the problems of the team, who is doing what, and maintain the team spirit.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003Ca href=\"https://quasa.io/media/5-ways-to-achieve-a-productive-remote-work-lifestyle\">Remote work\u003C/a>&nbsp;in multicultural teams presents many challenges.
