A customer-understanding agent would analyze customer needs, while a sales-optimization agent would propose sales strategies; the wider workload includes loan screening, inquiry handling, and preparing or checking application documents.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Nothing published so far establishes that an agent will independently approve credit or replace accountable bank employees. Human approval points, access permissions, monitoring requirements, recordkeeping and responsibility for erroneous output remain unspecified.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Integration is another open question. Fujitsu has not identified supported core-banking systems, interface standards, migration requirements or how much institution-specific customization will be included.
