"Second, by limiting the time to 10 minutes, you're going to wake up during the light phase of sleep and therefore wake up feeling refreshed."\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>The caption added: "Studies show that short naps improve alertness and mood without the grogginess of deeper sleep. This trick is ideal for a fast reset when you're low on time, helping you feel refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day."\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>And it's not taken long for social media users to flock to the post and weigh in.\u003C/p>\n\n\u003Cp>One TikTok user said: "If only it didn’t take me 3hrs to fall \u003Ca href=\"https://quasa.io/media/how-to-lose-weight-and-have-a-sound-sleep-together\">asleep \u003C/a>I could enjoy a 10 min nap.
