TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF JOINING THE CLOSED ROUND

For this campaign we have set maximum one-time payment (ETH 200,00).

Just to be on the safe side, the limit of contributions has been increased to ETH 600; once this threshold is achieved, the round will be closed. In case the limit is not achieved, the round will be closed on January 15 at 23:59 (UTC). If the limit is overcome, the difference in ETH will be returned to the account of the last contributor.

Freezing. To avoid future damages, QUA will be frozen in your wallets till 30 March 2018. This will be done so that people do not rush to the exchange all together and do not crush the QUA rate. We understand that afterwards the QUA rate will stabilize and grow but still we would prefer to avoid this.

Bonus. Tokens sold out at preICO will be defrost 30 May for tokens realized at ICO this will take place – 30 June. Hence, you will be the first and the only market participants who will be able to trade in QUA on exclusive terms.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Having been asked to provide our development plan, we decided to describe it with all the details. If, after reading it, you still have questions, please do not hesitate to ask them, and we will complement our development plan with missing details.

In order to be able to compete with other companies, we use also some old principles and methods which already exist in the logistics market, but our goal is not only to launch the website and start connecting companies. QUASA platform transforms obsolete logistics into a LOGISTIC 2.0 and is going to become the leader of the market. QUASA will establish a safe filter against scum companies and will provide its investors only with the companies which we trust ourselves and which offer not only promises but something that already works.

We are going to establish a corresponding division which will be engaged in quality control and product verification before the product is launched. At the same time we will be attracting and launching new interesting projects and improving their marketing and PR activities. Our plan can roughly be divided into the following major parts

ELABORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF QUASA PLATFORM

Currently the platform is at its prototype stage and will be publicly launched in the end of 2019. Though the basic functions have already been elaborated, we still have to do a lot for developing the platform and adding new options, as well as expanding and improving already existing functions. In the next 6 months we will be concentrating on full automation of the process of connecting new companies and will be working on a necessary user-friendly tool based on smart-contracts.

Hence, by December 2019 we should have a convenient and powerful constructor located right on our platform, which will look like a settings page with check boxes, available options, and fields for inserting names, values, and wallets. With the help of such interface even non-technical users will be able to easily conduct cargo transportations based on smart-contracts, using our platform. We are planning to introduce such basic functions as early as in November or December 2019.

QuasaCoin will be released to major exchanges and markets. In order to perform this extremely important task, we have already invited a specialist who is ready to get down to his duties as soon as the right moment comes. The work will be ongoing till absolutely all important markets and exchanges start accepting QuasaCoins.

By July 2020, the platform will have already been fully adjusted and brought to perfection in terms of design, layout, translations, and localization.

In November 2019 we are planning to secure cooperation with partners and banks which will help us to ensure the acceptance of fiat money. For the moment we already have preliminary arrangements with several payment systems that accept dollars and euros

November 2019 is the time when we are planning to finish and tune the constructor for connecting new companies and to start adding new functions related to the development of the system based on QuasaCoin. Here we speak about the works on QUASA platform where projects which accept QUA will be published. By this time we should have no fewer than 10-15 such projects in our pool.

Later on we will continue developing our platform but the main focus will be shifted to companies which will be joining us, and especially to those which will be expanding QuasaCoin system.

By the fall 2020 our goal is to have at least 20 projects – successfully connected and already accepting QuasaCoin for payments.

CREATING INFRASTRUCTURE OF A LOGISTICS MARKET 2.0

Today everyone is used to working with the obsolete logistics model where only fiat money is accepted and where strict boundaries and limitations exist. We will ensure the infrastructure for involving cargo owners, carriers, insurance companies, and other market players into our information space, which will be done by means of employing various techniques.
